Technical coordination with the development team and project management **Urbifrax is seeking a Digital Product Engineer / Technical UX\-UI Engineer for a Real Estate ERP, Cloud, AWS, Hetzner, and Jira** At Urbifrax, we are building and scaling our own proprietary real estate digital ecosystem, comprising ERP, CRM, sales team intranet, customer portal, quotation tool, administrative dashboard, automations, dashboards, and future AI-powered tools. We currently operate a **proprietary ERP developed in-house**, integrated with commercial, administrative, sales, customer, and real estate management processes. Additionally, we leverage **cloud infrastructure**, including an **AWS endpoint** and services hosted on **Hetzner**, thus seeking a candidate capable of understanding the system, documenting it, optimizing its workflows, and coordinating its technical evolution with the development team. We are not looking solely for a UX/UI designer. We seek an individual with an engineering mindset, product judgment, and technical ability to understand architecture, workflows, business logic, cloud environments, endpoints, databases, integrations, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** Design and improve UX/UI interfaces for ERP, CRM, quotation tool, intranet, customer portal, and internal dashboards. Gather requirements from management, sales, administration, marketing, and development teams. Translate real-world company processes into clear, efficient, and scalable digital workflows. Create wireframes, prototypes, functional documentation, and similar artifacts. Organize projects in Jira: epics, user stories, tasks, sprints, and progress tracking. Support documentation and technical coordination of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Hetzner. Understand endpoints, domains, servers, APIs, databases, environments, and cloud services. Coordinate directly with developers to ensure new features are technically feasible and properly implemented. Propose improvements to the user experience for internal staff, sales agents, customers, and investors. Document processes, business rules, functional architecture, and system workflows. **Requirements:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Engineering, or related fields. Ideally a recent graduate, bachelor’s candidate, or advanced student from universities such as UNI, PUCP, UTEC, UPC, UNMSM, or similar institutions. Knowledge of UX/UI applied to web systems, internal platforms, or digital products. Proficiency in Figma or prototyping tools. Familiarity with Jira or agile project management tools. Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS, VPS, servers, or infrastructure like Hetzner. Ability to understand APIs, endpoints, databases, business logic, and integrations. Technical acumen to communicate effectively with developers. Analytical thinking, organizational skills, clear documentation, and solution-oriented focus. **Desirable:** Experience with ERP, CRM, marketplaces, dashboards, or administrative systems. Knowledge of databases, automations, integrations, APIs, or cloud architecture. Interest in artificial intelligence applied to business, sales, or real estate. Experience working with software development teams. **Work Mode:** On-site in La Molina.
