




We are looking for a **Logistics / Operations Assistant** to join our Operations Department, supporting the coordination, control, and recording of materials based on their weight and type. We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong analytical skills who can ensure the efficiency and traceability of our daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **\-** Coordinate and monitor the weights of incoming and outgoing materials (e.g., cardboard, paper, plastic, metals, etc.). **\-** Record and report material inflows and outflows by type and weight. **\-** Prepare operational and logistics reports in Excel, consolidating daily production and dispatch data. \- Maintain up-to-date material Kardex records and item status. **\-** Monitor material stock levels. **\-** Ensure order and traceability of operational documentation. **Requirements:** **\-** Technical or university studies in Logistics, Operations, Administration, or related fields. **\-** Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, filters, data consolidation). **\-** Experience in inventory control, Kardex management, and logistics reporting. **\-** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **\-** Residence in areas adjacent to El Agustino, Ate, or Santa Anita. **\-** Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays. **Personal Competencies:** **\-** Organization and attention to detail. **\-** Responsibility and commitment to data accuracy. **\-** Analytical ability and teamwork. **\-** Proactivity and effective communication. **We Offer:** **\-** Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. **\-** Pleasant work environment.
