Support in food preparation and maintaining order We seek a responsible and proactive Kitchen Assistant who supports food preparation and maintains order and cleanliness in the kitchen, contributing to the smooth operation of the team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in ingredient preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning). * Support chefs in dish preparation. * Maintain kitchen and utensil cleanliness and order. * Perform proper storage of supplies. * Assist in receiving and verifying products. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Other duties assigned by the Head Chef. **Requirements:** * Studies in Gastronomy (ongoing or completed). * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Ability to work in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to learn. * Availability to work in Central Lima. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and growth.
