




Job Summary: We are seeking a Freelance Payroll Assistant to support payroll preparation, personnel management, and employment documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process employee onboarding and offboarding in T-Registration and record payroll updates. 2. Assist in preparing payroll registers, settlements, PLAME, and AFP submissions. 3. Manage the personnel database and issue employment-related documentation. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant \- Freelance to assist with the following responsibilities: * Process **employee onboarding and offboarding in T\-Registration**, in compliance with current regulations. * Record variable income entries, deductions, and payroll updates. * Provide support in the **preparation of payroll registers and settlements**, under supervision. * Assist in compiling information for **PLAME and AFP** submissions. * Manage and maintain an up-to-date **personnel database**. * Issue employment documentation: work certificates, fifth-category income certificates, and others. * Support personnel attendance tracking. * Comply with internal procedures and perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: * Technical education in Administration, Business, or related fields. * 1 year of experience. * Basic knowledge of document preparation and payroll-related matters. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. * Experience using BUK or another HR system. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
