Currently, it provides sales services for individual financial products to BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are seeking a \*Personal Banking Supervisor \- Payroll-Deductible Loans, based in LIMA.\* Job Responsibilities: \- Organize, schedule, and achieve sales targets. \- Lead the assigned sales team, monitoring team performance and adherence to established metrics. \- Monitor and supervise sales indicators. \- Train company staff or field force personnel (FFVV). \- Provide ongoing training to the assigned team on sales and negotiation techniques.
