Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Freelance Commercial Advisor with excellent negotiation skills and an established network of corporate contacts to secure occupational health agreements. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate negotiations. 2. Ability to prospect, present proposals, negotiate, and close agreements. 3. Independent management of client portfolio and prospecting. **Occupational Health Center Salud & Vida – Magdalena del Mar** is looking for a **Freelance Commercial Advisor** with experience in corporate sales and generating corporate agreements. We seek a **dynamic, proactive individual with outstanding negotiation skills and an established network of corporate contacts**, capable of acquiring new companies and finalizing agreements for our occupational health services. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate negotiations. * Prior experience in **occupational health, occupational safety and health (OSH), clinics, laboratories, or corporate services** is preferred. * Existing **client portfolio or corporate contacts**. * Ability to contact HR departments, Social Welfare units, OSH teams, Administration, and Management. * Capacity to prospect, present proposals, negotiate, and **close agreements**. * Excellent communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. **Work Modality:** Freelance. **Compensation:** Commission-based per closed corporate agreement. No fixed working hours. Independent management of client portfolio and prospecting. Income potential aligned with the number of agreements secured.
