Job Summary: Doorman is seeking a CCTV operator to provide remote security and assistance services for residential buildings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interact politely with customers and assist them 2. Monitor access and register visitors/suppliers 3. Activate alarms and manage security incidents Doorman is a Peruvian company that leverages technology to remotely monitor and assist residential buildings from a modern control center, thereby enhancing the well-being of Latin American families. We are growing rapidly, which is why we are looking for a CCTV operator who will serve as the face of the company in operations and deliver the highest standard of security and assistance services from our control center. **Responsibilities** · Interact politely with customers and assist them with any questions they may have. · Route external service requests from customers to the responsible departments. · Monitor pedestrian and vehicle access to assigned buildings; register visitors and suppliers prior to building entry. · Activate alarms and notify police in case of any incidents at assigned buildings. · Complete incident reports required for submission to police or municipal security forces (serenazgo). · Complete shift change reports. · Manage CCTV recordings and access logs upon customer request. **Required Skills** \- Availability to work on-site in rotating day and night shifts in the district of San Isidro \- Strong service orientation and excellent customer interaction skills \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Fluency in computer usage \- Prior experience in control centers or call centers is preferred Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,950\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Education: * Completed secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
