We are a growing Peruvian company in the nutritional formulas sector, currently seeking a **Commercial Management and Supervision Analyst**. We seek a **proactive, organized, strong-charactered, and leadership-capable individual**, able to perform effectively in both administrative management and team supervision as well as process improvement. This position will directly participate in activity planning, performance tracking, and process optimization, with real growth opportunities within the company. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze and improve administrative and commercial processes. * Monitor team performance and completion of assigned tasks. * Conduct field supervision and evaluate staff performance. * Prepare and analyze reports, KPIs, and results. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. * Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and follow-up activities. * Support management in activity planning and organization. * Carry out administrative and operational coordination as required by the company. Required Profile: * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or final-year student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in administration, supervision, or team management (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Analytical and organizational skills. * **Strong character and leadership ability to supervise and work with personnel.** * Good communication skills and decision-making capability. * Proactivity and initiative to propose improvements. * Willingness to conduct fieldwork. * Interest in taking on new challenges and pursuing professional development.
