




1. Serve customers in a personalized manner in accordance with service standards. 2. Serve the day's meals, coordinating with the head chef on portion quantities. 3. Place food trays in their designated locations along the service line and replenish as needed. 4. Prepare food presentation samples for the corresponding service. 5. Collect counter-samples as required by the quality control procedure. 6. Keep the dining area clean and well-maintained. 7. Maintain dining equipment and utensils in good condition. 8.
