Patient follow-up and guidance **Job Description** ---------------------- Specialized counseling and accompaniment in reproductive medicine, from treatment through commercial conversion. 1\. Prepare patients for procedures. 2\. Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and inter-specialty consultations. 3\. Coordinate the performance of procedures on patients. 4\. Verify completion of consent forms, contracts, and other relevant documentation in the Reproductive Medicine Unit. 5\. Conduct patient follow-up to ensure compliance with medical instructions. 6\. Provide patient guidance and counseling. 7\. Submit daily and weekly reports on activities performed in the Reproductive Medicine Unit. 8\. Maintain ongoing telephone and email contact with assigned patients. 9\. Deliver cost estimates and procedure fees for services performed in the Reproductive Medicine Unit. 10\. Schedule andrology laboratory tests and pre-operative examinations for all procedures performed in the Reproductive Medicine Unit. 11\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 12\.
