Teamwork and leadership in an accredited laboratory An accredited laboratory offering calibration and testing services seeks to incorporate a Physico\-Chemical Laboratory Supervisor into our team, committed to learning and technical development, to supervise and ensure the proper execution of physicochemical tests, guaranteeing result validity and compliance with accredited methods. REQUIREMENTS: a) Education: * University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. b) Professional Qualification: * Demonstrated expertise in physicochemical test analysis c) Additional Training: * Knowledge and training in NTP ISO/IEC 17025:2017\. * Specific training in uncertainty estimation for physicochemical tests under NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025:2017\. d) Technical Knowledge: * Basic English proficiency * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. e) Experience: * Experience: 5 years conducting microbiological tests and 3 years in similar roles. f) Required Skills: * Leadership * Effective communication * Negotiation ability * Collaborative work * Planning and organization * Teamwork * Commitment to compliance with standards and procedures Main Responsibilities * Plan, supervise, and perform analytical tests on air and water according to ISO/IEC 17025 – INACAL quality management system procedures. * Supervise the application, validation, and verification of accredited analytical methods. * Review, issue, and sign Test Reports. * Supervise and authorize laboratory technical staff, evaluating their competence. * Identify nonconformities and propose corrective actions. * Ensure laboratory order, cleanliness, and safety.
