Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields 2\. 2 years of experience. 3\. Knowledge of GMP. 4\. Knowledge of GLP. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the production schedule. 2\. Monitoring the operation of processes carried out in the plant. 3\. Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the activities of subordinates in accordance with established standards, methods, or procedures. 4\. Establishing training and development programs for plant personnel to enhance their technical skills and promote a safe working environment. 5\. Participating in GMP compliance inspections across company departments and in internal audit development. 6\. Other duties inherent to the position.
