In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Post job openings across various recruitment channels. * Conduct resume screening and telephone pre-screening. * Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal clients. * Track selection processes and candidate status. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Provide support for personnel selection management related to hiring and tenders. * Assist in employee induction and onboarding. **Requirements** * Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment and selection (pre-professional internships). * Knowledge of recruitment processes, competency-based interviews, and job board management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to undertake professional internships in hybrid mode. * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred). **Additional Information** * Private Labor Training Insurance * Corporate benefits * Hybrid work arrangement
