Development and adjustment of new colors Peruvian Colors is seeking a Research \& Development Intern. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support laboratory testing for developing new formulations and improving existing products. * Participate in evaluating new raw materials (resins, pigments, additives, solvents). * Prepare ink, varnish, and color samples according to R\+D department instructions. * Support the development and adjustment of new colors within existing product lines. * Operate, under supervision, laboratory equipment including: * Balances * Viscometers * Basic measurement equipment (drying, gloss, adhesion, color) * Record test results, observations, and data in defined formats. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper labeling of samples and materials. * Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and good laboratory practices. **Candidate Profile Requirements** **Education:** Recent graduate in: * Chemistry * Chemical Engineering * Industrial Chemistry * Industrial Processes or related fields **Desired Basic Knowledge:** * Fundamentals of chemical laboratory work. * Basic operation of measurement instruments. * Interest in formulation, testing, and product development. **Experience:** * Not mandatory. * Prior internships or academic laboratory experience are valued. **Key Competencies** * Organization and responsibility \* * Attention to detail \* * Ability to follow technical instructions * Teamwork **What the Intern Will Learn** * Real-world industrial R \& D processes * Technical evaluation of raw materials. * Color and formulation development. * Use of quality control and laboratory instruments. * Methodology for recording and validating tests. **We Offer:** * Pleasant work environment * Benefits compliant with local law * Career development path * Ongoing training * **Salary:** S/1330 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:10 PM Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: S/.1,330\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
