Amazonas operates an industrial plant and procurement offices across the country, and thanks to the quality of our products, we have earned a well-recognized reputation both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities \* Control the quality of cocoa batches received from Procurement Centers (Branches). \* Control the quality of cocoa batches designated for export. \* Conduct surveys of export containers and shipment control. \* Verify HACCP and BMP control forms. \* Perform in-line production sampling. \* Supervise hygiene and cleanliness of production staff, as well as proper use of safety equipment. Requirements \* Graduates of Agro-Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering programs. \* Availability to work in Lurigancho \- Huachipa. \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
