Responsibilities: * Verify the execution of activities within the established deadlines, ensuring quality. * Ability to work in a team with a focus on achieving shared objectives and goals that contribute to project completion. * Verify that activities are carried out within the deadlines set by the client. * Ensure that operational processes comply with quality parameters, standards, and safety and environmental procedures. * Coordinate with shift supervisors for activity execution according to the established plan. * Manage control of operational budgets. * Evaluate and implement opportunities for operational improvement. * Responsible for tailings compaction on sidewalks. Requirements: * 5 years of experience, including 3 years of specific or related experience for this position. * Degree holder and licensed professional in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in mining. * In-depth knowledge of tailings is mandatory. Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off Full transportation and meals coverage. Formal employment registration and all statutory benefits.
