Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct follow-up on internal audits, document procedures, evaluate internal controls, and assist in report preparation while verifying accounting analyses. Verify accounting account analyses and financial statements **Responsibilities** * Conduct follow-up and monitoring of the implementation of internal audit report observations. * Support documentation of audit procedure execution. * Support evaluation and identification of internal control processes and weaknesses to propose alternative solutions. * Assist in participating in audit and internal control discussions with internal clients. * Verify accounting account analyses and financial statements. * Support preparation of audit reports **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Knowledge of risk assessment and/or risk-based operational and financial audits, and familiarity with IFRS. * SAP B1 knowledge is desirable. * One year of experience performing similar functions, supporting internal audits or conducting operational and/or financial internal control evaluations. * Also one year of experience in similar roles in areas such as Accounting, Treasury, Taxation, or Management Control—preferably within industrial or manufacturing companies—performing inventory, warehouse, and fixed asset control activities. * Availability to work hybrid in San Isidro **Benefits** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Health insurance. * Pension system contributions. * Statutory life insurance. * Vacation leave. * Compulsory severance pay (CTS). * Mid-year and year-end bonuses. * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable). * Paid vacation days. * Educational institution agreements with Cibertec, UPN, and UPC. “Our company is committed to equal opportunity and respect for diversity.
