Quality Assistant – Huarcaya Group Join our team! At **Huarcaya Group**, a Peruvian company dedicated to the **manufacturing and installation of furniture for corporate, commercial, and institutional projects**, we are looking for a **Quality Assistant** to strengthen our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in quality control or assurance within manufacturing, metal-mechanical, carpentry, furniture production, or related industries. * Knowledge of inspection and quality control processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site. **Responsibilities** * Verify compliance with quality standards during the furniture manufacturing process. * Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products according to technical specifications. * Identify and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare inspection records and reports. * Coordinate with Production and Projects departments to ensure adherence to established standards. * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes. * Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Opportunity for professional development. * Continuous training. * Excellent work environment. **Work Mode:** On-site. **Position Type:** Full-time.
