We are an industrial textile company specializing in the manufacturing of fishing nets for the fishing and aquaculture sectors, with presence in both domestic and international markets. We are seeking a professional to provide technical support in product research, development, and innovation processes, contributing to analysis, validation, continuous improvement, and generation of key information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support product development and improvement. * Research and evaluate raw materials and new technologies. * Conduct and document technical tests (laboratory and field). * Prepare and update technical specifications. * Perform data analysis, benchmarking, and technical reporting. * Validate prototypes and monitor their performance. * Coordinate with production, quality, and sales departments. * Analyze failures and manage customer feedback. * Provide technical and quality control support. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). * Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office tools. * Basic English proficiency (preferred). **Competencies:** * Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Ability to organize and manage information. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development in innovation, development, and quality. * Ongoing training on processes, products, and analytical tools. * Work environment focused on continuous improvement.
