Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager in the beauty sector to drive enrollments, with experience in customer acquisition and fieldwork, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive enrollment in academic programs 2. Execute commercial and marketing initiatives 3. Manage strategic partnerships for customer acquisition A leading institution in professional training in the beauty sector is looking for a Commercial Manager in Lince with experience in customer acquisition, fieldwork, and a results-oriented approach to boost enrollment in our academic programs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Students or graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * 1 year of experience selling intangible products. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to perform fieldwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute commercial and marketing initiatives for the assigned area. * Maintain the branch’s facade and image in optimal condition. * Promote sales through various initiatives. * Train and supervise sales assistants to ensure strong brand loyalty. * Generate digital or inbound content related to executed initiatives. * Assume branch responsibilities in the coordinator’s absence. * Request commercial needs for the branch (merchandise, brochures, etc.). * Organize workshops or commercial activities at the branch to acquire new customers. * Manage strategic alliances with municipalities or private entities for customer acquisition. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm * 2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 am to 11:30 am **BENEFITS** * Full payroll registration * Salary negotiable * Bonuses for goal achievement * Corporate benefits * Ongoing training ***✨ If you have field sales and customer acquisition experience, this opportunity is for you.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Briefly describe your fieldwork experience. * Please provide your current mobile phone number. * Please indicate your most recent salary received: * Have you supervised a team?
