Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage and control inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, ensuring proper storage, traceability, and timely supply. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and controls inventories to ensure proper storage and traceability. 2. Ensures order, cleanliness, and correct stacking of products in the warehouse. 3. Coordinates with production and quality teams regarding product location and allocation. **We are looking for a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT!** A company dedicated to exporting green coffee and cocoa is seeking a professional to ensure accurate inventory control and management at its plant. \- Work modality: On-site \- Workplace: Puente Piedra Plant JOB OBJECTIVE: \- Manage and control inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, ensuring appropriate storage, traceability, and timely supply at the plant. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical and/or higher education in Administration or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of operational experience in warehouses. \- Knowledge of operations management and logistics. \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office and logistics ERP systems. \- Courses and/or diplomas in warehouse logistics (preferred). \- Forklift operation experience (preferred). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Receive and verify incoming raw materials and products. \- Maintain up-to-date labeling and batch traceability. \- Monitor stock levels and input/output records (kardex) of supplies. \- Ensure order, cleanliness, and correct stacking of products in the warehouse. \- Participate in periodic cocoa and coffee inventory counts. \- Verify scale calibration and compliance with safety standards. \- Coordinate with production and quality teams regarding correct product location and allocation. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor We Offer: ✔ Full statutory benefits upon formal hiring ✔ Excellent working environment ✔ Professional growth opportunities ✔ Opportunity to join a leading agro-export company ✔ Birthday leave If you have warehouse experience and wish to join our team, we look forward to your application!
