Within its Coca\-Cola franchise, the company serves a population of over 123 million across northern and western Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, northern Argentina, and the southwestern United States. **Arca Continental** is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "AC". **DIGITAL PLATFORMS MANAGER \| STAFF LA MOLINA** Requirements: * Completed university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Graduate studies or specialization in Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, or Digital Business is desirable. * Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of mobile application development project leadership, User Experience, Agile methodologies, and digital product value proposition. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Responsibilities: Mission: Lead, manage, and define the vision and strategy for “Business to Employee” (B2E world — ACMóvil, ACEquipos, others) and “Business to Business” (B2B world — Tuali, Yomp, others) tools in Peru, aligned with business and commercial strategies, considering omnichannel integration within the digital ecosystem, managing platform value propositions, implementing priority functionalities, and maximizing user experience and adoption according to the defined value proposition. The objective is for B2E and B2B digital solutions to effectively meet the needs of sales representatives and bodega (grocery store) customers, thereby maximizing sales and contributing to business growth. * Administer and design the implementation of digital tools for various service models under B2E and for our B2B bodega customers, ensuring proper usage and proposing local functional requirements and conditions to the global strategy, aiming to maximize the digital value proposition for our field force and customers, thereby enhancing daily operations and increasing customer sales. * Manage, prioritize, and execute functionality development priorities for digital platforms based on the local backlog, in coordination with corporate teams, ensuring maximization of the digital platforms’ value proposition. * Assess and recommend local operational needs and coordinate with internal and external teams to develop digital products, suggesting improvements that better address these needs. * Define and analyze B2E and B2B application metrics and reports to identify specific opportunities enabling increased tool adoption by operations and customers. * Evaluate and provide business cases, ensuring required local-level investments. * Administer and design the strategic vision and roadmap for B2E and B2B digital tools within the digital ecosystem, incorporating new functionalities and technological developments to enable a future differentiated value proposition for the company. **Our Commitment** Arca Continental is an equal opportunity employer.
