Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Fixed-Term / Occasional Contract (duration determined) **What Are We Looking For?** Education required to properly perform the following responsibilities: * Manage commercial relationships with all clients in the assigned portfolio—and any additional clients subsequently assigned—ensuring a positive customer experience. * Conduct periodic visits to portfolio clients, coordinated with their DOF and DPN; if necessary, also coordinated with specialized product executives. * Actively participate in business committees (Risk, Pricing, Products, etc.) seeking approval of transactions and/or client-specific terms and conditions. * Monitor execution of the pipeline for new opportunities and run\-off (Assets, Transactional, Sustainable). * Continuously increase adoption of transactional products and liability products within the portfolio, always aiming to deliver tailored solutions for each client. * For cross-border clients, prepare business-aligned proposals for the global economic group, seek to onboard new groups with similar characteristics, and address needs at both local level and in coordination with other global executives. * Consult, register, and update client information related to anti-money laundering activities (compliance). * Analyze the portfolio to detect new business opportunities, anticipate defaults, and acquire new clients. * Serve as the final responsible party for presenting the financial program for all clients, identifying and sizing financial needs according to the specialized segment and sector. * Perform other duties assigned by leadership and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements:** * Education: Graduates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience: 4 years in Corporate Banking within business banking institutions, in roles such as Junior Business Officer, Business Executive / Business Assistant / Senior Commercial Officer. * Additional Knowledge: Financial statement analysis, knowledge of financial products (leasing, letters of guarantee, foreign trade, etc.), and customer management techniques. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
