Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Orchestrate the acquisition (Hunting) strategy in synergy with Relationship Bankers (EBEs) and Digital Trainers (DTs), filtering and prioritizing the prospect base according to criteria of reciprocity and banking engagement to maximize the success rate per visit. * Execute expert consultative sales during face-to-face visits (New Hunting), diagnosing the merchant’s operational “pain points” to position the SmartPOS solution not as a commodity but as a financial efficiency tool. * Structure competitive commercial proposals (Pricing), negotiating volume- and card-mix (credit/debit)-based fees with BBVA’s Pricing team to ensure healthy margins for the company. * Accelerate the contractual closing cycle ("Time-to-Revenue"), managing physical contract signing and immediate entry into the Bank’s systems (Wizard) to mitigate risks associated with delays in operational onboarding. * Ensure transactional activation of the merchant (Go-live), coordinating on-site training on POS Dashboard usage and resolving critical functional questions within the first 24 hours post-installation. * Secure expected billing during the "Traction" phase (Months 1 and 2), monitoring weekly actual vs. forecasted transaction flows and executing immediate action plans in response to deviations or fraud-related rejections. * Retain the assigned portfolio (Farming) through a recurring visit schedule (Top 5 monthly), identifying cross-selling opportunities and acting as a containment barrier against competitors’ offers. * Coordinate resolution of complex incidents, escalating technical issues or equipment delivery problems to Operations and Support teams, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Wholesale clients. * Perform other duties assigned by leadership and drive continuous role improvement. **Requirements** * Completed university studies. * Experience in acquiring services and banking, specifically in cash management. * Willingness and availability to travel. * 7–8 years of experience managing large clients. * Advanced English proficiency. * Competencies: strong analytical ability, communication skills at all levels, and problem-solving capability. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
