Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed duration) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Verify customer identity and validate whether the individual is the account holder or authorized to access the safe deposit box. * Review powers of attorney or authorizations in the system when applicable. * Advise customers with outstanding debts, guiding them toward debt regularization before proceeding with service delivery. * Record customer entry, access, and exit in the relevant systems. * Open the vault and accompany the customer during safe deposit box access. * Verify that the customer retrieves their belongings when applicable. * Properly close the safe deposit box and main vault upon completion of service. * Record the service interaction in the Compliance Form. * Cancel the safe deposit box contract in the system when applicable. * Manage signing of the service cancellation deed or clause. * Return the key deposit guarantee when applicable. * Execute accounting entries associated with the guarantee regularization. * Record the cancellation form and safeguard the file containing required documentation. * Escalate incidents or inconsistencies related to identity, powers of attorney, debt, documentation, or system records. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in the financial sector. * Proficiency in bank operations and systems. * Proficiency in Google Sheets. * Availability to work under a temporary contract (5 months). **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
