Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Ensure effective execution of the relationship model strategy for the assigned customer segment. * Redefine, adapt, implement, and drive projects impacting the Management and Governance Model across the Branch Network; continuously adjust tools that facilitate model application. * Identify product penetration opportunities for the assigned customer segment. * Ensure proper implementation of the governance, management, and service model for the assigned segment. * Define segmentation criteria (established according to customer value contribution); participate in annual client planning and segmentation: analyze clients via profile runs to segment them. * Validate incentive proposals for positions within commercial networks responsible for serving the assigned customer segment. * Identify tooling and training needs of the Branch Network: analyze tools to identify improvement opportunities for executive management. * Define channel strategy for the assigned segment. * Guarantee budgetary compliance for Retail segment profitability: analyze cross-selling and product penetration results by segment; analyze balance and billing results. * Analyze and evaluate the bank’s structure to propose improvements regarding segmentation, cross-selling, profitability, potential, city expansion, portfolio rebalancing, etc.; analyze specific client cases (profitability, product trends, balances, assigned executive, branch) to address specific network queries, perform client upgrades or downgrades; analyze Cotiza functionalities to identify improvements in segment-specific client pricing.
