Join the best team and make an impact with your talent as a **Senior Channel Planning Analyst**. **Your primary objective will be:** To lead the planning and comprehensive control of the bank’s channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals through indicator tracking, generation of actionable insights, and execution of high-impact initiatives — all aimed at optimizing performance, operational efficiency, and business priority alignment. **How will you achieve it?** * Lead monitoring of key channel indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities through timely analysis. * Prepare and present executive-level analyses for management and committees, ensuring clear, decision-oriented storytelling. * Lead channel budget planning, development, and tracking (sales, transactions, revenue, expenses, and footprint), coordinating with stakeholders and validating key assumptions. * Develop business cases to justify initiatives, investments, and strategic projects. * Serve as the analytical reference for the team, providing guidance and ensuring quality and focus in deliverables. * Propose and drive initiatives aimed at improving profitability, operational efficiency, customer experience, and service levels. * Promote continuous improvement through process automation and optimization of analytical models. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Over 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or information management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint. * Experience working with databases (SQL, Oracle, Teradata) and data visualization tools (Power BI). * Knowledge of data integration tools (SSIS) and/or Python (desirable). * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling/reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies within the Intercorp Group.
