Collaboration with students and faculty. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for responsible, organized, and proactive Academic Assistants to support the management and tracking of our institution’s active courses. This role focuses on providing logistical and administrative support to both students and faculty, facilitating communication and processes related to course delivery—whether in-person, live-streamed, or on-demand. The Academic Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth course operations and delivering a seamless educational experience for all stakeholders. PROFILE \-Students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields. \-Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or academic support. \-Strong writing and spelling skills. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \-Familiarity with virtual platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Meet, Zoom, Notion, Canva) and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.). \-Ability to work collaboratively, maintain consistent communication, and demonstrate empathy. Capacity to organize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. \-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with students and faculty. \-Ability to anticipate needs and resolve problems efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES \-Respond to student inquiries regarding active courses; send mass messages via WhatsApp and announcements through the Telegram channel. \-Conduct statistical analysis of grades and prepare student performance reports for assigned course tutors. Administer surveys through support channels. \-Report compliance with scholarship conditions for active scholarship recipients. \-Manage, monitor, and support in-person/live-streamed classes for assigned active courses. \-Send content or guidelines to faculty, tutors, or coordinators for developing course materials; schedule Zoom meetings/seminars for tutoring sessions, group meetings, virtual classrooms, live-streamed classes, etc. \-Coordinate activity scheduling with faculty, tutors, or academic staff for active courses. Provide guidance to academic staff on activity dynamics. \-Report incidents (e.g., class disruptions, absences, tardiness, issues with instructors, complaints, suggestions, requests, etc.). \-Review content published on the virtual campus for active courses; develop and update supporting course materials such as study guides and digital resources. **WE OFFER:** A positive work environment.
