





Privately owned university licensed by SUNEDU seeks top talent to fill the position of “Administrative Assistant.” **Requirements:** * Technical diploma, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in administrative processes. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Customer service experience. **Responsibilities:** * Support student enrollment processes (enrollment correction, credit extension, vacancy management, shift changes, classroom changes, group creation). * Handle student complaints and inquiries via telephone, email, and/or in-person service. * Coordinate with various university departments regarding enrollment processes or other related requirements. * Issue academic documentation. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Supervisor.
