Bonus for achieving performance goals CHICKEN RESTAURANT MANAGER We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-oriented individual with experience managing restaurants, chicken restaurants, or other food service businesses. Main Responsibilities: \- Supervise customer service and ensure smooth daily operations of the establishment. \- Organize and manage kitchen, dining room, cashier, and delivery staff. \- Verify opening and closing procedures of the establishment. \- Manage cash handling, sales, inventory, purchasing, supplies, and shrinkage. \- Supervise cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the establishment. \- Resolve incidents involving customers and employees. \- Prepare sales and performance reports. \- Comply with and enforce company-established procedures. Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager, supervisor, or team leader in restaurants or chicken restaurants. \- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, cost control, and personnel management. \- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. \- Availability for full-time work, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. \- Flexibility to work rotating shifts. \- Preferably residing in San Martín de Porres or nearby areas.
