




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional to train customers, advise on chemical products, and retain accounts, with high availability for travel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Train and provide timely support to the customer portfolio 2. Handle inquiries and/or advise on the use of chemical products 3. Retain accounts and provide support at events REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Technical knowledge of (BPM, HACCP, POES, CIP, and COP) * Age between 20 and 35 years (mandatory) * Customer service experience (preferred) * Availability for nationwide travel (mandatory). * Gender: unrestricted. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, responsibility, commitment, drive for self-improvement, and continuous learning. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct regular visits to customers both within and outside Lima. * Train and provide timely support to the customer portfolio. * Prepare reports on completed visits. * Handle inquiries and/or advise on the use of chemical products. * Retain accounts. * Provide support at events generating complaints and/or claims. Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Travel availability: * 75% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
