Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect for construction execution or supervision of similar projects, with knowledge of BIM. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in construction execution/supervision 2. Experience in hospital architecture projects is desirable 3. Participation in projects utilizing BIM technology (LOD 300) A) Academic Qualifications: * Architect or equivalent. * Minimum of 05 years of professional practice, counted from the date of degree conferral. B) Experience: * Experience in construction execution/supervision of similar projects. * Must demonstrate a cumulative participation of at least 02 years or 24 months in total, across a minimum of two (02) construction executions/supervisions of similar projects, serving as: assistant and/or supervisor and/or specialist and/or head and/or responsible person and/or architect in/of: architecture and/or architecture responsibility and/or specialist in hospital architecture and/or architecture discipline supervisor and/or architecture specialist and/or finishes specialist and/or finishes responsibility in construction projects and/or construction site supervising architect: in similar construction projects and/or supervision assignments, wherein the professional’s participation in each project or supervision assignment was at least two (02) months. * Additionally, the professional must have participated in at least one construction project/supervision where BIM, LOD 300 or higher, was employed. This requirement must be fulfilled using any of the experiences submitted to satisfy the specific experience requirement.
