




Job Summary: We are seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Assistant to manage the control, recording, and analysis of assets, as well as monitor construction projects and execute the accounting closing process within an industrial company. Execution of the accounting closing process and identification of proprietary assets ETNA, an industrial leader in energy solutions, is seeking top talent to serve as a **Fixed Asset Accounting Assistant** at our office located in **Independencia**. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for fixed asset control. * Ensure proper accounting recording of the company’s capital investments, including additions, disposals, and/or transfers of fixed assets. * Responsible for monitoring and analyzing work-in-progress. * Analyze and control the company’s asset additions and disposals. * Execute the accounting closing process within the schedule established by the company. * Identify and classify proprietary assets according to their nature. * Manage furniture, real estate, equipment, and machinery across all organizational locations. * Responsible for depreciation and valuation based on useful life. * Plan and coordinate physical inventories across all locations. * Maintain accurate book values of fixed assets (depreciation, inventory, valuation, componentization, etc.). * Track new requests for acquisition of fixed assets, intangible assets, and low-value assets until assignment to custodial departments. * Support physical inventory counts, costing of imports, and recording of import-related documentation. * Perform entries in the SAP system. * Knowledge of IFRS standards related to inventory. * Preparation of stock cards (Kardex). * Identify and propose improvements to existing processes. **Requirements** * University degree in Accounting. * SAP and Advanced Excel proficiency preferred. * Knowledge of bank reconciliations. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in proprietary asset control (fixed assets and controlled assets), fixed asset inventory experience, depreciation calculation, and internal controls within industrial companies or accounting consulting firms. * Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration * Mobility bonus of approximately S/150 * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, SCTR, EsSalud, Life Insurance Law) * Profit-sharing * 50% EPS coverage (optional) * SENATI sponsorship * Other corporate benefits such as Family Allowance for employees with children, Schooling Bonus, Newborn Bonus, Marriage Bonus, Financial support in case of death of immediate family members, and Loans.
