




Position Summary: We are seeking a store assistant to ensure optimal operation, provide support to the store manager, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal store operation 2. Attend to, resolve, and follow up on customer concerns 3. Achieve sales targets **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure optimal store operation by adhering to cleanliness, service, and safety standards. · Support the store manager in supervising operational staff. · Assist in submitting established reports (operational, commercial, administrative) as required by the company. · Comply with the company's Process Manual and Internal Work Regulations. · Attend to, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints. · Cash reconciliation, balancing, and rotation; exchange; others. · Achieve sales targets. · Participate in recordings for brand promotion. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION**: Technical or university students, graduated or incomplete, in administration, psychology, marketing, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** 6 months in retail. **WORK CONDITIONS:** · Availability: Full-time . Microenterprise payroll · Schedule: Monday to Sunday (48 hours per week, between 11 a.m.\-11 p.m.), with rest days between Monday and Friday) . Reside in areas near Minka Shopping Center, Callao.
