**Requirements:** Graduate/Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Proficient in SAP PM; proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Power BI, S10, AutoCAD, Leen;, Primavera, and Last Planner at an advanced level. 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team. **Responsibilities:** Implement, plan, and coordinate services in execution processes. Assess each plant’s capacity to meet deadlines, and ensure proper assignment and distribution of personnel and materials. Support planning of resources required for scheduled maintenance activities.
