An automotive sector company specializing in preventive and corrective maintenance of private vehicles is looking for an Automotive Mechanical Technician who stands out for technical precision, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring high-quality standards. * Conduct technical diagnostics using modern tools and equipment. * Organize and prioritize work orders to ensure optimal delivery times. * Supervise and guide the technical team on procedures, best practices, and safety. * Participate in complex repairs and provide technical support when required. * Maintain an orderly workplace and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Prevent recurring failures and minimize rework through appropriate case-by-case analysis. **Requirements** * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician. * Strong communication, leadership, and goal-oriented teamwork skills. * Knowledge of Japanese and Korean vehicles (preferred). * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or Automotive Engineering. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Overtime pay. * Recognition programs and team integration activities, lunches, etc. * Excellent and stable working environment with professional development opportunities. * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Interested candidates should send their CV to: reclutamiento@corvustc.pe or contact us at 947 762 682 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site
