Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including sauce, side dish, and salad preparation, as well as mise en place. We are currently recruiting KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in concession-based roles or related fields. Responsibilities: * Assist chefs and/or head cooks with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and other items * Perform mise en place * Support assigned food preparation and plating tasks * Assist with any tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
