Maintenance of clean and well-stocked service stations What You Will Do: * Greet diners courteously, guide them to their tables, and present menus, ensuring an enjoyable experience from arrival. * Explain dishes and beverages, address questions regarding ingredients and preparation, and recommend options based on customer preferences. * Accurately record orders, verifying details such as cooking preferences, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences to ensure satisfaction. * Deliver dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and confirming customers receive their ordered items. Verify that customers have everything needed during their meal. * Prepare accurate bills, present them to customers, and process payments via cash, card, or other methods, providing appropriate receipts. Professionally handle any customer issues or dissatisfaction. * Ensure service stations are always clean, organized, and stocked with supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and other necessary items. * Perform any other related tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, provided they are inherent to your position. * Remove used plates and utensils, clean and reset tables for subsequent customers, ensuring order and presentation in the service area, and confirm equipment is in good working condition, immediately reporting any malfunctions or irregularities. * At the end of each shift, report any breakage or loss of tableware, cutlery, or kitchen utensils. * Participate in cleaning walls and floors of the kitchen area according to the schedule established by the administrative department. * Perform any other related tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, provided they are inherent to your position.
