Join an operational team in the environmental sector A recognized company in the environmental sector, dedicated to the handling and management of hazardous waste, is currently seeking **Loading Operators** to join its operational team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with a positive attitude toward performing operational tasks while complying with safety standards, internal procedures, and service requirements. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or areas near Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with scheduled days off. * Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and waste following established safety procedures. * Assist in verifying, organizing, and controlling operational documentation. * Carry out additional duties assigned by supervision according to service needs. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Timely biweekly payments. * Additional benefits for transportation and meals. * Perfect attendance bonus. * Special bonus of S/ 1,000 in June and November. * Continuous training for staff development. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
