




Responsibilities: * Prepare Peruvian criolla dishes. * Ensure proper flavor, doneness, presentation, and portioning of each dish. * Handle criolla ingredients appropriately, respecting their freshness and storage requirements. * Coordinate with kitchen assistants to ensure orderly and efficient production. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area before, during, and after service. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Assist in daily production planning according to demand. * Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment, utensils, and materials. * Report shortages or losses to the kitchen supervisor or administrator. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a criolla cuisine cook. * Knowledge of traditional Peruvian recipes and criolla cooking techniques. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Basic knowledge of GHP (Good Hygiene Practices). * Technical training in culinary arts (preferred). * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility.
