Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintenance in the production area, managing waste, and supporting various industrial operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness in the plant and front area 2. Manage production waste and residues 3. Classify recyclable materials **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (must provide certificate of studies). * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position or similar roles within an industrial company. * Knowledge of production area cleaning, waste removal, and scrap collection (desirable) **Duties:** * Collect and dispose of scrap generated by all machines into designated containers. * Water and care for the company’s indoor plants. * Perform and maintain cleanliness of the plant and the company’s front area. * Sort and classify boxes and cardboard for placement into polypropylene big bags. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance coverage as required by law. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:21.
