University graduate or technical professional in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields. . Work experience in intangible sales (mandatory) . B2B sales experience (preferred) Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (preferred). . Immediate availability to work in Callao. . Exceptional communication skills. General Responsibilities: · Execute activities outlined in the company's Sales Plan. · Prepare economic proposals in accordance with department policies and approved procedures and formats. · Conduct sales visits according to a predefined schedule. · Address and resolve sales-related complaints (e.g., incorrect tariff application, unprovided services, etc.) · Ensure high-quality service delivery and strict adherence to commitments made to customers. · Identify and communicate our customers' specific needs. · Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitors, and identify their key customers. · Prepare an internal explanatory document detailing terms agreed upon with each customer. · Maintain a schedule table for goods inflows and outflows, accessible to all other departments within the company. · Monitor and measure activities aimed at maintaining customer satisfaction and portfolio loyalty. · Prepare a monthly report addressed to the direct supervisor.
