Job Summary: We are seeking security personnel / concierge to ensure the safety of our condominium, with experience and the ability to work effectively in a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the security of the condominium 2. Knowledge of security and fire extinguisher handling 3. Ability to work in a team, attentiveness, and punctuality Security Personnel / Concierge \- Callao OBJECTIVE: \- Ensure the security of our condominium. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completion of secondary education. \- Knowledge of security. \- Possession of work certificates. \- No police, criminal, or judicial records. \- Availability to work in Callao on 12-hour shifts: rotating morning or night shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. / 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), with overtime pay in accordance with the law. \- Valid DNI or Foreigner's ID Card is mandatory. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in security, surveillance, or concierge services (preferred). \- Basic knowledge of fire extinguishers, and monitoring of vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit. \- Preferably reside in districts adjacent to Callao or SMP. \- Ability to work in a team, attentiveness, and punctuality.
