Content Creation * Conceptualize, plan, and produce content for **TikTok and Instagram**: Reels, Stories, Carousels, and viral videos. * Write scripts and develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and identity. * Coordinate and manage the creation of visual assets, production, art direction, and post-production of materials. * Organize and plan weekly and monthly content calendars according to trends and seasonal campaigns. * Optimize content according to the specific characteristics and formats of each platform. * Identify, record, and adapt **TikTok trends** aligned with brand identity. 2\. Strategy and Analysis * Propose and develop the monthly content schedule. * Prepare weekly digital performance reports and suggest continuous improvements. * Actively participate in advertising campaign ideation. * Research and stay updated on content trends, digital tools, and industry best practices. **Job Requirements** * Completed studies or currently in the final year of **Communications, Design, Marketing, or Advertising**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in digital marketing**. * Creative writing skills, impeccable spelling, and ability to tell visual stories. * Knowledge of **TikTok and Instagram** platforms. * Experience operating a **tripod and gimbal stabilizer** for video recording (mandatory). * Familiarity with video editing tools such as **CapCut**. * Ability and willingness to speak on camera. * Strong communication, organization, and productivity skills. * Availability to work in person.
