Active participation in content strategy and metrics analysis. **CONTENT CREATOR \& COMMUNITY MANAGER** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Communications and/or related fields – university and/or institute. * Experience in mass consumption or wellness (not mandatory). * Strong writing skills. * Proactive, creative, results-oriented, detail-focused, highly organized and structured, with a sense of urgency. * Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere). * Familiarity with platforms: Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo (latter not mandatory). * AI tools: ChatGPT, Freepik, Envato, Gemini, Canva. **Specific Responsibilities** **Content Planning** * Propose the first draft of the monthly content grid aligned with campaigns. * Define the weekly content structure. * Suggest ideas for reels, carousels, and digital activations. **Light Digital Content Production** * Record reels and short videos. * Edit light videos (CapCut or other tools). * Adapt content for TikTok / Instagram / Facebook. **Copywriting and Copy Development** * Write strategic copies. * Develop scripts. * Adapt messaging per channel. **Community Management** * Respond to messages and comments. * Drive engagement. * Identify consumer insights. **Newsletter and WhatsApp Community** * Plan newsletter and WhatsApp content. * Draft emails and messages. * Manage WhatsApp community (messages, activations, coordination). **Metrics Analysis** * Measure engagement. * Review reel reach. * Identify top-performing assets. * Propose monthly improvements.
