Opening of sales points and coordination with distributors **Join our team!** At **Global Go**, we are seeking talent for the position of **Credit Manager \- Lima**; learn more about this employment opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Manage and develop the end-to-end process of motorcycle loan origination to acquire motorcycles, ensuring the opening and consolidation of new locations through identifying potential customers, assessing credit risk, and conducting post-sales follow-up, in order to secure a healthy and profitable loan portfolio for the company. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Opening of sales points * QR management * Sales force support * Compile complete and accurate credit files in accordance with internal policies. * Coordinate with motorcycle agencies and local distributors. * Meet the monthly sales plan established by the Commercial Management. * Participate in opening and promotional activities (local events, partnerships, activations). * Prepare management reports and loan origination performance reports. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Economics or related fields. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in **loan origination**, **financial sales**, or microfinance. * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of **credit assessment** and customer verification. * Valid **driver’s license** and availability to **travel**. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment contract from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits. * Salary: S/ 2000 \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions.
