We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our management center located in Cercado de Lima. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Experience: With or without customer service experience (we provide a training program). * Office software knowledge: User level (Word, Excel). * Competencies: Verbal fluency, results orientation, and persuasive ability. * Availability: To work on-site at the Cercado de Lima office. * Immediate availability to begin the training phase. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer calls from the bank’s customers to resolve inquiries, questions, or incidents. * Meet the management and quality indicators established for the campaign. * Accurately record each interaction’s information in the corresponding systems. **AVAILABLE SCHEDULES (SELECT ONE):** * **Morning Shift:** Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift:** Monday to Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * **Days Off:** Rotating. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary: S/. 1,130.00. * Full benefits package from the first day of employment (bonuses, CTS, vacation, insurance). * Performance-based incentive scheme. * Training bonus: S/. 30.00 per attended training day (paid training). * Educational agreements and short-term career path. **ADDITIONAL DETAILS:** * Employment type: Full-time. * Work modality: On-site (Cercado de Lima). * In-person training program prior to contract signing.
