Teamwork and service orientation Occupational Clinic S\&M is seeking an **Occupational Physiotherapist** to join our onsite occupational health team. **REQUIREMENTS**: * **Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology**, specialized in **Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation**. * Minimum **1 year of experience** delivering physical or occupational therapy services. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support for the institution’s comprehensive occupational health management. * Conduct musculoskeletal assessments for employee onboarding, periodic evaluations, and follow-ups. * Deliver ergonomic training and instruction on proper posture practices. * Develop muscle-strengthening programs for staff members. * Monitor and follow up with personnel diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Apply physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the onsite Occupational Physician. **SCHEDULE**: * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **SALARY**: * Between S/ 2,300\.00 and S/ 2,500\.00 (dependent on experience) **LOCATION**: * Callao (Faucett and Gambetta plants) **WE OFFER** * Immediate payroll registration under the Microenterprise regime * 6-month renewable contract * Professional development and growth in occupational health Salary: Up to S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: Onsite employment
