If you enjoy dynamic work, precision, and the safe handling of equipment, we want to meet you! **Job Description** You will join the operational team responsible for cargo warehousing and palletizing, ensuring that every movement is carried out in an orderly, safe, and efficient manner. Your role will be critical to maintaining the proper flow of operations and guaranteeing the integrity of both cargo and equipment. **Requirements** * Approved training course to obtain the MTC Category A1 license (mandatory). * 1 year of experience as an operations assistant, support staff, or similar position. * And/or 2 years of experience as a forklift operator. * Minimum age: 21 years. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cargo warehousing and palletizing following established procedures. * Operate forklifts and other equipment while strictly adhering to safety measures. * Verify optimal forklift functionality before and after each shift (checklist). * Support general operations area activities as needed. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Health insurance and mandatory life insurance. * Statutory bonuses, vacation pay, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and AFP contributions. * 100% covered meals. * Additional payment for holidays and overtime hours.
