Job Summary: We are seeking a finance-oriented accounting professional to lead and professionalize the administrative-accounting department within an industrial group in Peru. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into an industrial group with a dual business line An industrial group with over 10 years in the Peruvian market, engaged in industrial waste treatment and, as its second business line, manufacturing of industrial plastic packaging. We seek a finance-oriented accounting professional to lead and professionalize our administrative-accounting department. Key Responsibilities **Accounting and Taxation** * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (IGV, Income Tax, electronic ledgers) for RECPER and Polymet * Supervise accounting entries and reconciliations handled by the Accounting Assistant * Ensure timely monthly financial closing within established deadlines **Payroll and Labor Compliance** * Calculate and process the monthly payroll for RECPER and Polymet * Submit the PLAME declaration to SUNAT * Supervise administrative labor documentation (personnel files, contracts, vacations, attendance) **Finance and Costing** * Prepare monthly cash flow statements and financial reports for management * Calculate raw material costs against selling prices for each business line of RECPER and Polymet, determining actual margins * Define margins and minimum price ranges to support commercial decisions * Provide cost substantiation and minimum pricing floor for bidding processes, coordinated with the bidding specialist * Prepare financial information for negotiations with banking institutions and evaluation of credit lines * Define and apply the allocation methodology for shared costs (personnel, external services) between RECPER and Polymet **Team Leadership** * Supervise and develop the Accounting Assistant and the billing/collections team * Establish departmental performance indicators (tax compliance, days sales outstanding, payroll accuracy) Requirements * Licensed Public Accountant (CPC) in good standing * Specialization or diploma in Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within industrial or manufacturing companies * Proven experience in payroll calculation and PLAME filing * Experience managing accounting for multiple companies/RUCs simultaneously * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, costing models) * Experience leading small teams (2–3 people) Desirable Skills * Financial analysis capability oriented toward commercial decision-making * Organization, autonomy, and ability to interact with multiple regulatory and banking entities * Proactivity in implementing controls where none currently exist We Offer * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits * Leadership position with genuine autonomy over the department * Opportunity for growth into an Administration and Finance Management role as the company scales Salary: Starting at S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
